Bubbe’s Passover Cake
This is a “sponge” cake recipe. I think it tastes best around the 2nd or 3rd day.
Ingredients
12 eggs (separated)
1.5 cups sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1/2 orange
3/4 cup cake meal
1/2 cup potato starch
Directions
Beat egg yolks well while adding sugar and juices.
Add cake meal and starch

Mama Wells’ Bopkie
This is a wonderful treat, similar to a coffee cake/cinnamon roll but better! Great after-Pesach treat. This recipe is my great-grandmother’s on my mother’s side. My Bubbe used to bake this and it is one of my favorite treats.

I want Papadum Chips - know where I can find them?
I love Papadum - it’s a wafer-thin lentil crisp. I’ve found it at all of the Northern Indian restaurants in the US I’ve visited.
Anyway, I would like to get Papadum in a bag - like any other chip is sold. Is this possible? Does anyone make it yet?
