Do they have a choice?
I don’t claim to be a writer - that’s my sister, but here’s a poem I’ve been working on recently:
One woman calls it hope,
another fear, another ruin.
Terror, entrapment.
Love, late, misfortune,
accident. Wonder,
beauty, testament,
will. Unexpected;
expected. Fortune,
misfortune, future.
Many feelings, many reasons, many situations.
What next they ponder?
Do they have a choice?
